The community was nice and charming. The apartments were huge and had ample closet space, a separate dining area and the appliances were updated. The amenities were nice but average at best.

The apartments were of very high standard, certainly 4 to 5 star. They were located in one of the best parts of the city. The apartment itself was very nice except that they did not have a washer/dryer in the apartment. The community amenities were available too. The location was calm, quiet and fully secured. The office was open seven days a week and they provided good management. They were always ready to meet emergency needs of the residents.
I personally felt that the charges were a little higher, especially when the garage parking fee was considered.

This was a great community with a large apartment. The parquet flooring kind of gave the apartment an older look and the oven was small but was large enough to cook one large dish at a time and the size of the rooms made up for these things. There was abundant closet space, an eat in kitchen, and a large separate dining area. Definitely worth checking out.

The Leasing Professional's customer service was outstanding. I was very impressed with the professionalism of every employee I encountered during my visit. Everyone portrayed themselves as professionals with pleasant attitudes and helpful personalities. The community was hidden off of the busy main road that offered peace and quiet to a busy area.

North Park Apartments was a beautiful community on the DC line, in a quiet community.

It is conveniently located, has a circulating bus, gym, etc. and is in walking distance of five grocery stores. The apartments are relatively sound-proof.

The rooftop pool was a seller, even though it was closed for the season and cloudy out.

i like that the utilities are included in the rent, don't like community laundry but learning to adapt, if i lived on a higher floor in may like this place a lot more, but happy where we are, would like to see my apt remodeled, needs some upgrades and white walls are too white!

The overall feel and tone of the community was good. The large rooms showed well and provided several options for the needs stated. All areas were neat, clean and wellmaintained. The common areas provided an extra benefit to extend overall living and recreation spaces. The customer service received during this visit was above average and encouraging.

The community was fantastic. Everything seemed well kept and contemporary.

The community offerings were quite nice and reflected good value. The leasing professional gave a thorough tour and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The property had a somewhat dated feel compared to competing properties.

The Main Reason I would recommend this Apartment Complex to others is the 24 Hour Desk Service you provide. That is a real PLUS in today's market for folks living in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

My family and I traveled here from Germany in 2010. I was able to reserve my place before we arrived. The people in the office were so helpful and friendly. My time here has been amazing and we plan on residing here until we move back home.
