I left with positive impression. Agent was nice and detailed oriented, and he remembered our phone conversation. He created a nice and friendly atmosphere right away. The community looks great. Nice business room, pool, sauna very well maintained and look very attractive. The gym has an impressive equipment, clean and smells good. I would lease based on the presentation, but this community is extremely expansive and probably would not worth living there for a lot of people.

This community is in a very vibrant and upbeat location with several high end shops and close to public transportation. The apartment community is quiet, clean and nicely maintained. I liked that the apartments are big with a large square footage.

If I were a real customer, I would seriously consider this community. It was a decent sized apartment for the area. It was also a reasonable lease price. I loved the real hardwood floors. It was a real apartment for real people. I would recommend this community to friends.

I visited a really nice community in Chevy Chase. The community offered several amenities to its residents. It offered 24 hour concierge service. The apartment itself was quite spacious. The nearest Metro train was at 15 minute walk. The complimentary shuttle service connects important places. The restaurants, stores, all are at walking distance. It undoubtedly offered a decent life to its residents. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Clean and spacious apartments. Beautiful views and rooftop pool. Great state of the art fitness center. Close by to shopping and restaurants. Shuttle provided to get around to community stores, which was a nice feature for those without vehicles. Heard of future plans to have washers and dryers inside the apartments, which would be a great addition to a great property. For now, laundry facilities are available on each floor. Friendly leasing professional.

The leasing consultant was very personable. He had an engaging personality and wittiness about him. What impressed me the most was that he knew everyone we encountered. Some by name. It was apparent that he had in-depth conversations with some based on the questions he asked about their family, etc. It was not a simple hello. Everyone we saw in the elevator and hallway was pleasant and conversational. The building was very communal. I was impressed that although the building was constructed in 1973, it was well maintained. There were many updates. Although some parts of the apartment were dated, the parquet floors created a lasting impression as soon as the door opened. They have a shellac finish which gave it character.

I would recommend this property to family and friends. The staff is wonderful and treat you with respect. The units are enormous and modern.

The experience of trying to get into the garage to park and trying to be buzzed into the elevator area gave me a bad feeling about the responsiveness of the staff. The lobby being in shambles with smoke and a hole in the ceiling immediately made me think the community was not being managed well. The staff saved the day with their friendliness once I was in the lobby, but I was not impressed with the community otherwise.

The apartment was updated nicely. There was no washer and dryer in the apartment, but it was spacious, had ample closet space and natural light. The community amenities were nice.

The location of the community was excellent as it was close to the restaurants, shops, Metro station and the shopping malls. Its location was ideal. The pool is a great feature. I would certainly recommend it to my friends.
