It is a great place. Very nice staff. Only downside is it take 10 mins to get to freeway and parking is baad.

The community had good upkeep in general. I felt that it had a nice warm quality to it. It seemed like a quiet place, and yet it was also near to a lot of highways and stores.

We love the community feel at Hawthorne Commons. Our only complaint is that the rent continues to go up every year.

This community is easy to access and next to a shopping plaza, making it very convenient. The office staff was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The amenities were great.

I have driven past this community many times, but had never actually been in any of the apartments. Once I drove into the community I realized that as a whole, the community was clean, well maintained and fairly modern. The amenities were very similar to other communities in the area, although I was surprised there wasn't a play area for children. The specific model I was shown was beautifully decorated. It was also neat, clean and modern looking, and the home included all of the basic amenities you would expect to see. The pricing for the apartments was in line with other communities in the area. All in all, the community was very nice.

The community is a very comfortable one with large apartments. The H design of the buildings makes for only a few apartment doors in the same hallway. The layout of the grounds is pretty to walk around the area and the community is pet friendly.

The leasing professional was pleasant and professional during the visit. The pricing structure was clearly explained.

The community was well located close to the main roads. I really like how they treat the future residents with a very human attitude and exceptional professionalism. I can see myself living there and would strongly recommend it to my friends.

I liked the apartment community very nicely. The amount of space to rent was very equitable and affordable. This community was much nicer than many of the other apartments that I have visited before. She was very good at demonstrating and selling. I felt a genuine rapport with Michelle and would likely rent from this community.

I felt that I connected with both agents. I loved the fact that everything was about my needs and how they could fulfill everything that I would want in a new home. The agent was professional and reacted to my cues of what I wanted. She was proud of the property, and it showed.

The community offers a very good value for the price. If I could offer a constructive comment, then I would encourage management to emphasize the advantage of being located within a a reasonable commute into Boston. Boston rents are much higher comparatively. The way the agent handled the potential issue of an on-going paving project during my tour was admirable. I genuinely thought she was taking charge of both the community's issues and my interests simultaneously.

Nicely kept place, it had a new look to it and it appears well maintained. The place seemed quiet when I went. It is located in an area local to some shops too, which is nice.

I think this would be a nice community to live in. It is clean and well maintained and was relatively quiet. The apartment I saw was well lit and well laid out and reasonably priced. The amenities were ample and easily accessed. I would enjoy living here.
