The gas grills are in need of repair/replacement. I clean up after my dog, always. I often feel I may be the only one who does. The pool should be more heated, stay open later at night, and open/close earlier/later in the season.

The fluctuating nature of the rent is OUTRAGEOUS. How are we supposed to plan for long term future at this place if our rent might go up $200-$300 per year? This suggests the company does not care one iota about the residents! The gym is in disarray. There are 2 weight bells missing and parts of the weight machine are gone. I have already asked for this to be fixed multiple times. I would like community classes like cooking or yoga.

We would love benches throughout the community (outside seating.) We were upset about the hot tub not functioning the last weeks of the season last year. Thank you to the snow clean up crew that was very efficient and so nice! They made it so much easier to get to work this winter.

Maintenance crew is the BEST!! Trash needs to be picked up more often. The dumpster in front of 1107 has overflowed more than once. So have others. Snow removal this winter was outstanding.

We have lived at Highlands at Dearborn for over a year now and we love it here. Our only complaint is that all the parking places get filled up way too soon. Most days it is really hard to find parking, even at 8:30 p.m. and we go all around the community to search for a parking spot. This has become a hassle recently. The property would be perfect if this was fixed.

I'm very dissatisfied because when I first moved to this apartment, the carpet was dirty. Now that I have been living here for 3 months, the carpet looks like I've been living here for 20 years. I told the manager to do something with the carpet because I have a one year old baby. However, the manager said NO to changing the carpet and to doing a deep cleaning!
