This is a lovely apartment community, located at a very convenient location. It is close to grocery stores, shops, restaurants and public transportation. It is near the main highways. The property had a complete renovation in 2015 and the apartments have a very modern, clean feel to them. It is a great option for convenient and upscale living.

Th community is suitably located, with a lot of shopping areas and restaurants around it. It is central and close to four or five busy towns and is easily accessible by trains and buses.

I would definitely consider this community, as they had the friendly and professional staff. The community was nice and well maintained. Most important it was convenient to the train, restaurants and supermarkets. They were pet friendly and there was an in ground pool, with cookout area.

I enjoyed my tour and was really sad that I was not leaving a deposit. Based on the presentation of the apartment, the neighborhood, and the community newsletter I saw on the table, I believe I would be very happy living here.

This is an apartment community that offers all the expected amenities. There is an inviting clubhouse, a well-equipped fitness room, and a lovely pool with kitchen area. The model apartment I viewed had an impressive bay window in the living room, which would provide wonderful lighting. The kitchen had coordinating black appliances and black granite counter tops. I especially liked the pale grey walls; so often apartments are painted in some form of beige. The community holds events for the residents, which I think would be a great way to make friends there. There is one catch that I noted during my visit there. The commuter train runs just a few hundred feet behind the clubhouse building. Other than that, the community would be perfect for someone who wants to live close to the city.

I love our apartment, its spacious, comfortable, the management is great and very accommodating and pet friendly and they really do love dogs. The dog park is amazing and the biscuits in the office, huge selling point for me. I love the amenities, and location. I cannot speak more highly of the full package and would recommend this place to anyone looking.

The presentation by the associate was very professional, yet he also had a very friendly way about him. As far as making this my home, I am not quite sure that it offered everything that I would be looking for.

I was very impressed with the community. I thought the customer experience was great. I thought the tour was exceptional, with great care and detail in presenting the amenities and features of the property.

The apartments offered more affordable, luxury housing with competitive features and comparably spacious rooms. The beach was about five or six miles away. There was also a new shopping consortium going up soon in the nearby area.

Yes, I would definitely recommend the place for someone else. The units are spacious and well designed and the service is attentive and professional.

The community is absolutely fabulous. The apartments and amenities are state of the art. The upkeep of the entire community is wonderful.

The staff were excellent, but the price was too much for the location. The passing of the orange line subway train killed the property. In addition, there was no access to the train which passed next to the property.

I thought the leasing professional did an excellent job with the tour, very personable and very welcoming.
