I think the agent did a wonderful job presenting the apartment and amenities on-site. Overall, he did a good job.

The community has a great and modern curb appeal. It looks like a new property and well cared for. My first impression of the interior of the property was similar. The leasing office and common areas were in excellent condition with a welcoming and modern interior design. As far as amenities went, those were on par with other apartment communities on similar price scale. When viewing the apartment, I was pleased to see a great deal of natural light, modern appliances, spacious closets, and polished concrete floors. I was a little disappointed in the style of the apartment. The name of the community indicates that they offered lofts, but the apartment I viewed was a typical two bedroom apartment where only the kitchen and living room area were an open plan. I also thought that the apartment size was relatively small for the asking price. However, the majority of the utilities were included in the rent and the move-in costs were reasonable, so overall it was not a bad deal. Additionally, the property is near a major transportation hub, so commute to and from the city should be a breeze. The leasing agent was very polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the property and the neighborhood. He gave me a thorough overview of the property and explained the role of the property management company in the residents lives on the property. I would recommend this community for its modern look and feel in an up and coming neighborhood.

This community is beautiful, with lovely landscaping. The apartments are very spacious, with a washer/dryer in each one. The amenities are very nice. The location is terrific and near a major highway and public transportation.

My perception as a real renter was that they wanted a lot for what they were offering. The location seemed to be the selling point for the community. The few amenities that were offered were nice, but there was only a few. I would continue to look around if I were in the market for an apartment.

I recently visited this community. I have been driving by there for years and was always curious what the community looked like. It is right next to Sullivan Station, which is convenient, and I was pleasantly surprised that you could not hear any train or traffic noise from the lofts. The loft I viewed was quite large and open, with nice polished concrete floors. Another nice feature was the Juliet balcony. There was even a nice city view. Amenities were nothing much to speak of, although there is a new courtyard with nice patio furniture and industrial grills that looks like a nice place to relax. I was given a tour by a very nice leasing agent who was happy to show me around and did not exert any sales pressure on me.

It was an interesting community in a nice location. The floor plans were interesting, modern, and attractive. The apartment had high ceilings, large windows, lots of light, and attractive poured concrete floors.

The staff on-site did an excellent job on the presentation. The community was well maintained. It was in a great location. I would lease here if needed.

A fairly good looking community with reasonable amenities in a highly dense area.

This is a community I can easily picture myself becoming a part of and living comfortably. It has a very convenient location and easy commute from the city. It is in the middle of things and the community gives a feeling of privacy.

The presentation by the agent was professional and exactly what I would want from a leasing agent. She made sure to show me everything, while still valuing my time as a busy person. In terms of the facility itself, I did not love the location and thought that the common area was unimpressive. The community did provide a decent value. The agent did a great job.

The community was nice, well maintained, and attractive. The fitness center was large and clean. There was a community room that was pleasant, but not extraordinary. The courtyard area was nice, however I expected more amenities at this price point. Also the apartment sizes seemed small for the price.

The location of this property is both its best and worst points.

Mezzo has been an incredible apartment since the day we moved in. The unit itself is roomy and well designed with high-end finishes, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The building's management staff is professional, helpful, and prompt. Mezzo's common areas, including the gym, are generally pristine, and the outdoors area is very nicely maintained.

My only criticisms are that the garbage easily overfills and can get smelly, especially in summer, and other residents tend to pile up their trash next to the can rather than inside it or in the trash chute. Larger receptacles and more dumpsters would be helpful, as well as friendly reminders to all residents to take proper care of their trash and recycling.

Otherwise, this living situation has been ideal.
