The cost is way too high

Price point is no longer in line with similar communities

Overall pretty good. Lawn and landscaping is somewhat lacking. I believe too many big dogs and the owners of these dogs does a fair job of picking up after dogs. Also some of the owners don’t have their dogs on leash

You came in, raised my rent way too much, everything in my place is old, glue down floors, matted old carpet, old plumbing, hot upstairs freezing downstairs, appliances work sometimes, leaky windows and doors, dog crap everywhere, even on sidewalks, and a super grumpy leasing agent. But, you try to charge the same amount of rent as new places with better amenities.

I would recommend this apartment community simply because my family and I love living here.

I did recommend to the lady who did my mammogram and bone scan last year. She had recently lost her husband and wanted to downsize from house to townhouse. I gave her the info I had.

Rents are going up.

Depends on who/what type of person looking for a place. It can be a great place, but not for everyone.

It would have been a 7 or 8 with the last staff. Staff now seem to be more worried about logos, property values, and doing things that make life easier for them instead of the tenants.
