I recommend it because it's a great place, although it's very sad because the garbage in the front is the only one that's a mess

Safe area, great maintenance and office staff. Very thankful for those amenities.

Never overpriced had problems with routing neighbors and their bad kids always in my yard kids always playing in the street and management didn't do anything about it for years when I first moved in 16 year old neighbor boy put dog poop out my door and management did nothing about it I had to deal with it myself they never got involved with any of the neighbor problems I asked them years ago to do more than just collect our rent and actually get to know us and walk around the neighborhood and they would have seen the problems that I complained about for years I took pictures no one cared

I do like my townhome and like the community and right now, would recommend it. Although if rent increases again while the standards of the community continue to decrease, I would not recommend it for the reason mentioned above in other questions.

I would recommend it for being conveniently located, for having grounds that are very well-maintained (without ME having to push a lawnmower!), and for offering floor plans that are easy to live in. I love my unit. It's so comfortable.

We love the location and feel it is a very safe area. We enjoy the kind staff and the neighbors. Just haven't had a very good experience with renewal gifts and maintenance requests lately, but it is improving.

Great place, great people, however, problems with garbage and apartment safety for single renters.

Most of my friends and family would not pay what I pay for rent, plus we have had negative interaction with neighbors multiple times.

This is a well-run community in a safe neighborhood with good access to great schools and shopping.

Rental rate for apartment condition is a concern. There are positive differences starting to be seen.
