The outer appearance of the community looked good.

There is a nice variety of apartments in this apartment complex, including loft style and traditional style apartments. It is within walking distance of many stores off Villa Avenue and St. Charles Road. It is a nicely laid out complex in a residential area. The bedrooms are a good size, and large balconies are also available with some units. All apartments have full size washers and dryers in the unit. This is a huge plus.

I walked in to the leasing office was immediately greeted by the agent. The property was nice and so was the model. I did not like that cats are allowed in each building. I told the agent this and she said that they would make sure the carpet was deep cleaned.
