The Leasing Professional took their positions seriously and were eager to share the history of the Ovaltine building.

The apartment and the community were nice and the staff was friendly.

This location offered a lot of character around the community with the mom and pop businesses throughout. The Leasing Professional was excellent.

The community offered more than one style of apartment to cater to different resident tastes. The community was situated close to expressways and entertainment/restaurants. The interior of the apartment was nicely laid out. The leasing agent was engaging.

This is an interesting property. A remake of the famous Ovaltine Factory. The townhouse was great. The industrial units where spacious and had a nice feel.

I enjoy living here. It's a nice wide open space. Plenty of room. The walk-in closet is really nice. The parking is so random. If you arrive home after 9pm there is never any good parking spaces. So, I never go to the grocery store if I know that I'm going to arrive home after 9pm. After 9pm you have to park in visitor parking and walk across the entire parking lot with all your groceries. Not fun.

It is a beautiful place in a beautiful location, but the rent is a little outrageous and it keeps increasing!

The community has great sales agents who take their time to give you all the information you need to make an informed decision. The features and amenities of the apartments are above average. This is a very nice and quiet community with lots of things for residents to do. I would highly recommend anyone I know to this apartment complex.
