For younger people who don't spend much time at home and don't cook, this is . For me who works from home and needs quiet and for whom it is nerve-wracking when the smoke detectors go off whenever I bake or make a large dinner, it's a bit uncomfortable.

I don't like living in a place that takes 0 responsibility when my car is broken into. Terrible security. Also had fruit flies in the hallway for a month which kept coming in our unit. And the elevator fell a floor on me while living here. parking garage is a terribly designed destroyer of tires.

I like the building but the janitorial doesn't always keep up with the messes on each floor particularly in elevator area. Also, garbage chutes seem to malfunction frequently and its disgusting when people leave their garbage in the chute area. Maybe more communication on some items is needed.
