I think it's disgusting the way the trash is handled. Everyone leaves their stinky dirty bags in the hall waiting for the service to pick up the trash. The pick up is very inconsistent and there are always nats flying around the building because of it

while the its appealing because of the neighborhood, schools and "newness", it just does not live up to the standards I believe my friends and family would be looking for in a home.

Local stores are great and open concept.The insulated walls keep all noise from sides to a minimum but the floor and ceilings sound like there is no insulation at all, my 40lb daughter cannot walk quietly around, much less full grown adults. Also gap under doors makes ecery word said clearly audible in hallways.

Noise between floors is unacceptable. Everyday living noise from people is loud. Not enough insulation between floors.

I actually already did recommend this to a coworker who moved into the complex a few months ago based on my referral!

Would probably reccommend it as long as staff in the office stays nice and understandable and is knowledgable or willing to find out answers to concerns. Also cable issues and who gets contacted/who takes care of issues is addresse. The complex, direct tv, or optical solutions and making sure the employees at those companies know what issues they are supposed address. It was very frustrating when we first moved in to get the issue resolved.

Way too expensive and the woman in charge at the office is an absolute nightmare. I felt uncomfortable living here like I was always watched and judged. Uncomfortable living situation outside of my own unit... For the price I should have been getting WAY more. Or at very least some kind of respect. The garbage people were always rude as well.
