The only issue I have is parking. Several of my family & friends love the community but, the parking & tickets they don't. Paying for parking spaces I don't agree with nor having to walk several blocks to help them find suitable parking spaces just to visit.

I am a license broker there is major heating problem in the building and no cold water. Not healthy

Make the necessary investment into the building if you really wish to see a return. Charging tenants more while not making the necessary improvements are going to make you lose tenants year over year...especially if you are looking to connect with a specific demographic being so close to down town. It's an awesome location and great potential, however invest in the right staff, the right building features and amenities in order to attract the right tenants. Even if you take a loss within the first year or two just based on the location alone you end up in the positive. No question.

It is very inconvenient not to have access to the main building if you live in another building. You always have to pay rent, get packages, do laundry,etc and cannot get in. This is especially bad in the winter when the intercom is frozen and you cannot call the office to be let in and you have to freeze outside while you use your cell phone to call. I would also like to see a small convenience store on the property. If you don't have a car and run out soap,etc it would be nice.

Good location, provide good heat.

It's a very quite community since I been here.

There is great potential to make this a extrordinary building. Question becomes how to make it happen.

Awesome Living Environment

I would not recommend friends or family to the community. It is well maintained but in desperate need of repair and updating.

This was a great value located in this city. It had great amenities, was near downtown, and shopping and transportation were close by as well. I was impressed with the value for what you get in this property near the downtown area.

I was not impressed with the property. The common area was not impressionable. Only one elevator was working.
