Even though Management is great and the area is wonderful.. As stated there are no amenities... No conference room or laundry room for our building... 2701 and the other units have recently received amenities. Even though we are able to share them.. It is still inconvenient for people when doing laundry are wanting to work out or have a get together.

The community was located close to the lake, parks and downtown Chicago. The apartments had nice layouts that efficiently utilized the space.

This was a nice building in an enclave on the south side of the city. It was near public transportation and a diverse urban area.

The building stays 100 degrees they won't fix it. Can cause respiratory problem and more. Parking is not secure for paying tenants
Thank you for your comment, the boilers are monitored throughout the day end evening we try and maintain as constant temperature as possible, there may be times during weather change the buildings temp will fluxuate, it may take a while for the building to cool down during upswing in outside air temp. The grounds including the parking area are monitored by cameras as well as walked nightly by our security officers on duty. The parking lots are not gated we do issue stickers each month and allow only thise with an approved sticker to park in our lots.

The leasing agent was friendly and personable. The community seemed like a nice place to call home.

First It has bed bugs in the building which is annoy.
NEVERTHELESS, When I asked for treatment, they told me they will send someone on Tuesday. I wait a whole day on Tuesday but NO ONE shows up. Then i come back to the office, they told me that no one will come to solve my problem this week!
BTW,I asked them will there be anyone come on Tuesday 3 times, they never told me this and keep me waiting for a whole day. WHAT A NICE APT!

The office staff needs to be updated... They are really disorganized and they really don't do anything to help the residents
