Apartment is very nice and modern and the building has many great amenities that are hard to find in Chicago but the management staff is extremely unresponsive. On average I will send 3 or 4 of an identical email (in addition to phone calls that are never answered...is anyone ever in the office?) over many days / weeks before I get a response. I guess a great building AND great management is too much to ask.
