I would absolutely rent from this property. It was a clean community with spacious and renovated apartments. The staff was very nice, especially my tour guide. She knew the ins and out of the whole community, even what I could do around there for fun, dining, movies, and bowling. She definitely knew the city. She made me feel very comfortable and made me want to be apart of the community, just because she was knowledgeable about the surroundings. I think the employees should all dress a little bit more appropriately. I would rent from here. not only because they had such great amenities, but for what they are offering as a whole for the price is very reasonable.

The community was well maintained. The leasing consultant was highly professional and very friendly. The clubhouse was well maintained and offered some nice features.
Great Property but going downhill
I have been living here since May 2012. I think the previous owners did a better job at keeping up with the common outside areas. When I moved in I was told kids were not allowed to ride their bikes on the side walks or play in the parking lots that happens all the time. Some tenants believed they owned a parking spot they parked in and started using cones or lawn chairs to save it. Then I saw another tenant changing his breaks in the parking lot taking up 3 parking spaces. This is not what this property was like when I first moved in. When I pull out of my garage I can't see who is coming behind me so I move out slow because other cars and kids on bikes do not stop. I am very disappointed in this community but at this point I hate the thought of moving. P

This property had a lot of amenities that fit my needs. I felt like I would get a lot of space for my money. I received great customer service throughout the process.

The overall community was great and impressive. The leasing agent was enthusiastic and very personable in carrying on a conversation. The amenities were just what I would like in a community. I could see myself living there and I would recommend it to family and friends.
Do not rent here.
The management that took over does not tell you the truth about some of the questions you ask. The manager chris also does not return phone calls. I would not be eager to renew my lease with this property. The apartments are pretty well kept up and the rent is reasonable. I have been living here about 5 years and the previous owners were better owners.

The community was well kept, and the apartments were really nice. I think I would really enjoy living here. The leasing agent was friendly, and she converted the amenities to benefits for me and my family.

This is a very nice community. The grounds were in great shape. The staff was engaging and had excellent emotional intelligence skills.
However, ever since Lincoln company took over...The upkeep of the community is horrible. I do not know what all these comments are about great upkeep?? maybe on the outside its great. But on the inside. The pool is always dirty in the summer time, u can't even see the bottom of it. The gym is always dirty. The staff said that they don't have a regular cleaning crew coming in to clean like AMLI used to do. Half of the equipment in the gym is not working either. And if you have any issues they do not get back to you. You have to harass them about everything. Thinking i'll be moving out as soon as the lease is up. And I really liked living there...
