Lauren makes the community comfortable. I enjoy the comfortable atmosphere in the leasing office when she is there. I prefer to call back to speak with her directly because of her professionalism.

When I arrived at the community, the same agent tag teamed with the other agent to show me an apartment with another couple. When we returned to the leasing office, the touring agent met with the other couple while the other agent assisted me with completing the visit and asking me to complete an application. I liked the efficiency of the running of this office.

Water, trash, sewer and pest control is included in the rental rate, which is very cost efficient in the current economy. The staff is very approachable, attentive and effective. The units are smartly designed and spacious for the cost.
