If you have kids and want them to have other children to play with, this is the place to live. The gate is not working most of the time but that's just how it is here. They do have cops circling around the properties to check on the parking lots for safety. Laundry facility is not that nice, worse than you expected if you gonna choose to sign up for the non washer drier connection.

They do clean up around the public area, not sure if they clean around the children play ground and swing sets. Be happy if you don't have obese neighbor(s) up stair because the floor do creak with every step. I think this place is live-able. The staff are nice. The community center for fitness and the Sauna room should have open through out the weekend including Sunday, but they are not. I guess I paid but not be able to take advantage of them.

The property would be a very nice family community to live at. I would certainly recommend it to anyone that I know who has children and is looking for a safe place to live.

The apartment community had lots of pride shining through from the minute you entered the community all the way to the time that you entered the office and met the staff. This apartment community definitely felt like a place that I could call home.
