I enjoyed my tour with the leasing professional. The community looked well maintained, and the apartment looked nice. I would have leased here.

The customer service I received was rushed and mechanical.

It is generally very quiet and do not have many issues. Takes forever to get maintenance to do anything.

This was my first apt. Great rent maintenance gets things done in a timely fashion friendly management and staff

Maintenance moves in a timely fashion. Hate not being able to Get through to the office without calling several times, residents shouldn't have to endure a wait. Better carpet my carpet came with yellow blotches. But I like area it's pretty peaceful and apartments are spacious

I only viewed the exterior of the community during my visit. The community appeared to be dated and in need of a facelift.

I thought this would be a nice apartment complex, however the hallways are always filthy especially in the non renovated apartments. The front entrance door is always open, sometime when I come home from work people are sitting on the front entrance steps as if it is the front porch, I don't know why they won't use there private balconies. Rules are not enforced here. If you complain about something management might send out a letter to tenants and simply call it a day. Don't be fooled by the front apartments. This place is slowly turning into a ghetto projects. Building 10 is straight filthy in the hallways. Do not move to Cumberland Crossings.

I live in the front of the property, so it is kind of quiet. The kids run out in front of the cars and parents don't seem to have control over them but it is nice enough for the money.

I've seen the good the bad and the better, staff has always been friendly and helpful, always willing to help when they can. Chris and the Maintenance team has always been available and responsive to repair requests they always fix things promptly I'd like to see improvement of landscaping.. The dirt and rocks don't look appealing ..we need grass, more flowers - not really a fan of the water program here but overall I'd refer the property.

Nothing works and management not trying to fix it!!!!!

I have been attempting to call for over a week and have yet to speak to anyone in detail. I have called and left 4 voice mails and even gave my callback information to an attendant who said they were busy with another customer but no one has returned my call. Even had a friend try to call and she did not get any response either.

The staff was exceptional on-site. I was warmly welcomed and treated very nicely.

1. Staff very friendly all but manager who seems never to be present
2. Summer and just started work on pool so no pool
3. No WiFi or use of internet cafe, that is a total of three unusable amenities
4. Gate does not work continuously, 4 amenities not working
5. Unreasonable fees for One Point Tech for water bill
6. Way too many out of control children and management never walks the grounds to keep anything under control
7. Breeze ways are always dirty and smells, embarrassing for when you have guests
8. Grounds not kept up after initial sweep, no one to maintain during the day
9. Trash unit always disgusting and sometimes broken
10. Fireplace still has not been fixed and was also an amenity but not anymore
11. A contract means if I pay rent I expect Lincoln Properties to keep their end, and it has not up until this point.
12. Trying to save money for home and just trying to hang in until able to do so. I put that because when mentioned to the manager her response was why stay here then, great customer service from her.

It was a pleasant enough community but I was not thrilled. I was not shown any amenities and felt rushed during my tour. However, the leasing professional was pleasant and I liked her.

If they can deal with unsupervised children and the mess that they leave behind then they could enjoy living here. Living here is not bad it is the people that don't teach their children to respect other residents.
