Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I would recommend for the pricing and the space. I feel as though the entire exterior can do with a face life. After viewing the sister property I'm am more likely to transferred to palisades than stay here

Affordable and convenient

I have been a resident since May and the only problems that I have noticed is that residents place their trash outside the trash compactor because they probably send small children to the dumpster that can't reach the opening. So one after the other more residents pile their trash in front of the trash compactor. Also the car care center wash feature has not worked for a long time and they are not looking to fix it. Otherwise, they are good with everything else.

The hospitality and scenery is accommodating.

Right now, I am very much on the fence whether to recommend this community to anyone because of its general appearance. To me, for a community that is less than 15 years old, it is in very rough shape. It needs a huge overhaul. Unless there is some change, my vote is leaning more to the "would not" side.
Thank you so much for taking the time to give us feed back. At this time we are diligently working on a plan to improve the overall appearance of our community,

The apartments were very spacious and well priced. They included a washer/dryer and were well maintained. The location was very convenient and the leasing professional was very accommodating.

Trash compactor is not large enough for the number of units, and no where for our children to play and socialize.

I like distance between friends and family.

This property was fine. Nothing really stood out as good or bad. The property was clean and maintained, but it was not colorful and did not have any "wow" factor. The leasing agent was pleasant and tried to be accommodating, but was juggling too many tasks at once to deliver good service.

The apartment floor plan I was shown met my basic needs. The apartment community looked like a good place to live.

The agent was very friendly and professional. She was patient as well as knowledgeable of the community. She seemed happy to help me and take me on the tour.

The landscaping looked well groomed and well maintained. I did not get to tour the amenities or the common area.

The community was well maintained. The agent was friendly, but she toured with me and another visitor at the same time. The tour was not personal, and I felt uncomfortable.

The community provided an affordable home with many amenities in a centralized location.

It was not an upscale property. Although it appeared to be clean, I wonder what kind of tenants lived there since the rent was so low. I am not sure I would recommend it.

I was extremely excited about looking at the apartment after speaking with the leasing professional on the phone. Everything had lived up to my expectations until we got to the security question. That was a big turn-off for me. I think most of us value our possessions enough to want to know someone is there to help look after our stuff when we are gone.
