Apartments are spacious and affordable. Property is usually maintained although on the weekends you can barely get to the dumpster due to the trash piled up directly in front of the dumpster. I think this may be because tenants allow children to take out trash that cannot reach the dumpster, this is an eye sore and will, if not now, definitely draw rodents. I would like to see the management enforce fines to tenants piling trash outside of the dumpster.

I would not recommend these apartment at this time due to the dirtiness and unpeacefulness in the complex due to the recent tenants that have moved in...I used to love to live here, I've been living here for the last 9 years and do not think I will renew my lease next year if this keeps going on
