The pool during the summer was disgusting and I did not want my children to swim in it. The office personnel addressed my children while I was sitting at the pool about them being loud. The pool is outside and they are children, that is ridiculous. The only person that I have been comfortable dealing with in the office is Nathan Phillips. He has remained pleasant throughout my process of living at Palisades. He's the reason I haven't said anything before now. But somethings need to change for the residence that live there and the people that may choose Palisades as a place to call home.

I would recommend to any body with kids bc of the school district. It is very quiet most of the time

This is a good community the area is nice, I just wish that the renters would appreciate it more and teach their children to respect the community. It is so much better since Nikki has been Manger here. This is the best I have seen it.

I would recommend this apartment to my friends because management is fine. In addition people are fine and they do not disturb me. Quiet place to live with safety.

This place is awesome. Its a safe environment especially for those who ate relicating, starting over etc. I Dont have any complaonts. I have been here for a few years and enjoy being here. Its a nuetral point for those who are transitioning from a semi city life to a more conservative atmosphere.

The entire staff is nice but the amenities could be a little bit better.

I've had a few friends interested in moving in because of the cheap rent, but I inform them that you get what you pay for, and that it is cheap for a reason.

It is decent and quiet at least up front. It is in a really nice neighborhood. access to major highways and three malls.

Some residents at this community are very rude and loud. They don't consider the neighbors. Personally I'm struggling to be able to sleep because the neighbors above are very loud ALL the time, day and night. I have reported it to the office to Helen and another leasing agent, but there has not been any progress whatsoever. We all deserve to have a peaceful place to live.

I feel safe here, the price is good and the professional people who work in the office are excelent people. And great school

The agent was friendly, but I was disappointed that she did not begin using my name until halfway through the tour. Also, she failed to identify my specific needs and preferences.

I thought the property was clean and quiet. Although there was not a "wow factor" on the property, the apartment and amenities looked well-maintained. The leasing agent was helpful and friendly. She seemed competent and willing to help me. She was capable of answering all my questions in a relaxed, comfortable way.

The community looked to be well maintained. The leasing rate seemed reasonable.

Based on my visit, I found that the community offered the basics of what a community like this would offer.
