When I was visiting others who lived here I saw children playing outside, clean spacious apartments, and the gate worked although you could walk onto the property quite easily. Then I inquired about pricing and compared to what I was paying I really thought it was a great deal. Within my first month moving in it begin to very quickly feel like a prison. There are constantly letters being placed on the door demanding certain behaviors, like if you're caught bothering the flowers you could be evicted. Those types of letters to me are a means of intimidation. When you combine that with the unpleasant office staff you really don't even want to step out your front door unless it's to get in your car and drive away. Since I've been here (7 months) I've NEVER had to use my gate key. The gate is ALWAYS open. Not a big issue but if this is a supposed amenity then it should be removed.

The community was clean and well maintained. The consultant was pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this community to others that desired to reside in the area. I would consider this community for personal residence.

Broken gate for a majority of the 8 months we've lived here. Horrible trash compactor. Trash should be located in the back it is an eye site and smells when it is broken makes me not want to have guests

I have 2 kids and had a dog. There is one place in these apartments that they allow the kids to play (the playground). So you have kids from the age of 1-18 at that area because if they are anywhere else the personnel tell them there parent can be fined or even kicked out if there not in the designated area. So then you have all these kids around the park the older one cursing in front of the little ones and causing problems and forcing the parents of small children to keep them inside and away from it. And with a pet they make you pay a $400 deposit and $50 a month. When we got a puppy 4 months ago and where told it could only be 25 lbs max the dog ended up getting over the weight limit and they made us get ride if her. In 4 months I paid this company $600 for a dog I can no longer have here. The dog never messed up the apartment but I CANT get my $400 pet deposit back. Any respectable company would have givin it back.

I would not even invite people over because of the huge TRASH problem that KEEPS happening even though they say it was handled !
We first would like to thank you on completing the survey that was sent out to you! I understand that you are frustrated with the issues we have been experiencing with our compactor. This can be a real eye sore when entering into our community. What I do want you to know is that we are working everyday on finding solutions so that this is an issue of the past! We appreciate all of our residents for their patience and cooperation during this time. We never want you to feel ashamed of where you live so we are working hard each day to make tomorrow a better day! Thank you again.

Recommending the apts would depend on what the person is looking for in a apt including location.

The amenities were not shown. The impression I got from the staff member was that they were only going through the motions for the job, not taking a personal interest in the prospect or trying to find out what they wanted in an apartment home and community.

this place is based off of low income. I dont know anyone who is low income who could afford the apartments making less than 30 grand a year.if u make 25 thousand a year they are in the red. But what can i say. Im not on section 8 and never will be.

Gated apartment community is misleading. There isn't fencing around the entire property. Anyone could walk onto the property at the front or from Satellite Blvd, which is the road my apartment faces. Most people read "gated apartment community" and think that the only way to access the apartments is via the vehicle gates or walking through a secure gate.
