Love the staff, location, and price

The apartment street light are always off and it's really dark at night. I've complained for many months now and nobody is doing anything about it.

It's a safe, beautiful, clean environment.

This was a nice community, but with inferior amenities. The apartments offered large rooms and bathrooms. The value for the rent was fair. The leasing consultant was nice and genuine.

The apartment community is located in a nice area. It is convenient to several malls, dining and entertainment. The apartment is spacious and I liked the dual-entry bathroom. The community was clean and quiet. It seemed like a nice place to live.

Based on what I experienced, I would certainly not think twice about choosing the Menlo Creek Apartments, as place I would really want to live, and call my home.

I would definitely consider leasing the apartment if I was genuinely looking for an apartment. It was a spacious apartment and lovely community.

The apartment layout felt like a house. It was a great use of space. The pool was average. The fitness center equipment was the latest, but the space needed to be updated. The leasing professional was very casual in his approach. He provided an appropriate amount of information without sounding like a salesperson. The only issue was that he sometimes forgot what had been discussed. I found myself repeating information, both on the telephone and during the tour.

I was very impressed with this community. It had curb appeal, and the ground were well maintained. The salt water pool was inviting, and I could see myself working out in the gym. The leasing agent I met was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was not pushy and I appreciated that. She gave me the opportunity to ask questions and gave me intelligent answers. I left with the impression that the community was a classy apartment community surrounded by large trees and nice, landscaped grounds. The model apartment I viewed was spacious and had all the features I would need.

The place looks great. I thought it was amazing. The leasing agent really got down to business and was an amazing leasing agent.
