I live in this apartment for 7 years bec. it is convenient, very nice landscaping. friendly staff members and immediate maintenance works.

I have spend the past 16 months here and have had a ball. The service in the leasing office has been outstanding and the responsiveness from maintenance is without equal. In addition to that the location is superb. Less than 20 minutes from downtown and 30 from the airport. My job is right around the corner. This place is filled with events for the occupants throughout the year. I strongly recommend this property, 

I live here because I love nature and this place has the prettiest trees and shrubs which makes walking an adventure.  I feel safe here. The staff are the best at responding to requests . My 2 bedroom 2 bath  with sunroom is the best. We are within walking of the mall. I am recommending this.  

I am a new resident in this complex and I can say that management here really has a caring attitude toward tenants. I needed emergency hernia repair surgery while moving into my apartment and the staff and management here checked on me while I was in the hospital and offered all kinds of assistance that was ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations. I honestly feel very confident in my decision to move here and look forward to a continued pleasant living experience in my new apartment

I've lived at the Conservatory at Druid Hills for over 3 years. The staff are very pleasant, respectful, and quick to respond to any issues you might have. This is the best apartment so far!

The Conservatory at Druid Hills is a hidden gem in North Decatur. I have resided here for a year and some change - I have had nothing but positive experiences. The property management staff is professional and very efficient with their time. 

My apartment has had some minor maintenance issues such as my dishwasher being unsecured and my living room light fixture not working. The maintenance team responded to my request within 24 hours. My dog also loves the maintenance workers as well.  My only complaint about this apartment complex is that the dog owners here tend to forget to pick up after their dogs.

Overall, the Conservatory at Druid Hills has been a great community to reside in. There are bi-monthly events that bring people together - poker night, a Southern Christmas, etc... The staff is professional and responsive. The people are friendly and watchful of their community. The dogs who live here enjoy their friends and the dog park.
