The community is conveniently located not far from the all the conveniences of Downtown Decatur! The community is quiet and clean, the staff is friendly and they always answer questions promptly. Service Requests are answered quickly and the maintenance staff is also nice. No problems so far, good value for the money.

They usually resolve issues in a timely fashion.

I've been living here since summer 2013 and I've been satisfied. It's close to the shopping I do and the neighbors are nice. We have some community activities in the summer and you get to meet your neighbors. The few times I've needed service they have taken care of the problems in a timely manner.

This is the first apartment complex I've stayed in for more than a year since moving to Atlanta. I've been extremely disappointed with apartment complexes in this city, but The Conservatory has been a god-send. The staff is a friendlier group of people I've encountered anywhere else, and they all seem to truly enjoy their jobs and treat the tenants very well. Despite hundreds of residents here, the leasing office staff always remembers my name when I come in. Maintenance repairs are quick and efficient, with a pleasant staff as well. The renting & renewal rates are also very reasonable. I haven't even mentioned the two best things about the Conservatory. First, the staff pays close attention to landscaping and cleanliness, which makes this a lovely place to live, sit on the balcony, and enjoy the scenery. Also, the neighborhood is outstanding, with Emory, several parks, and plenty of shopping all very close by. Finally, and importantly, I have always felt safe living at The Conservatory. I highly recommend The Conservatory to anyone who wants to live close to the city of Atlanta, but not quite necessarily inside all the traffic.

I have lived here for almost three years and this place is great. The location is not far from the City of Atlanta, but still has suburban feel to it. The grounds are kept up and I hardly ever hear any noise.

I've been here for over a year and I love it. This place is in a great location, great neighbors and great staff. I'm less than 3 miles from any store that I need. I love it here.

The Conservatory is an amazing place to live if this is your first time living, they make sure to work with you on any issues you may have. Also, the maintenance team is amazing, whenever Ive had an issue there has always been an immediate response within the hour. All in all, it is a really great place.

I've lived here for a couple of years, and I love it. The staff is great, kind, responsible, responsive, and professional. The buildings are well built, and noise is minimal. I'd definitely recommend it.

We were expecting our first child and needed a bigger place to stay. The Conservatory won us over from the staff, to the grounds, to the apartments themselves. Rent is reasonable for the area and the apartment space/grounds are great for our little one. The management are always looking for opportunities to connect residents with one another as well as frequently offering promos for the chance to lower your rent for that particular month. The staff have always exceeded my expectations when it comes to answering questions, offering help, and providing ample accommodation to whatever need I may have. Great place to live!
