The staff at this community appeared to be very attentive. They respected my time, kept great notes on my call before I visited, went over all the things I mentioned I wanted in an apartment, and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision about the community. The community itself, however, was not appealing. The sidewalks were not clean and there appeared to be oil everywhere. I understand that this community is based on low income but there should still be a level of responsibility and accountability when it comes to the overall cleanliness of the community. I would not live there.

The community did not make a good first impression on me. The tour I took reinforced my initial feeling. The leasing agent was pleasant but did not ask any questions or establish a rapport that made the tour more personalized. It did not feel like home.

This was a well kept community with well groomed grounds. The price was right for what you get. I wish I could have toured an apartment, but the floor plans were good as was the lobby video.

I could not really say anything good or bad about the apartments. I was not shown one. My conversation with the leasing agent went smoothly.

The customer service was noteworthy. There where lots of smiles and good energy throughout this community and all due to the kindness of the staff. One word... Impressive!

I would only live there if I had no other place to go. The property was clean, but the neighborhood was not the best.

This community had trash throughout. It was apparent the management did not pay attention to details.

The tour experience was very good. The rooms in the apartment were nicely sized, especially the kitchen with lots of cabinet space. There were not any green efforts, so that was something that they should consider.

I thought the Leasing Professional did a good job showing me the features of the apartment. She seemed warm and friendly, and she tried to show the convenience of living at the community. I can't say that I felt a sense of excitement about the property from her, but she was very personable herself.
