Speaking only for the area I'm in, it's quite, people are courteous. The atmosphere is good. Just wish some would take their pets somewhere else to use the bathroom instead of behind the cars close to the windows.

I was welcomed from the time I entered the leasing office until I left. The agent was upbeat and professional. She was confident that the apartment would fit my apartment needs. She was enthusiastic about the apartment. She was sincere in her closing. She genuinely thanked me for visiting the community.

Low class tenants

I have lived at this complex for a while and really loved it the first two years I lived here. I was in a quiet building and my neighbor up over me was the best. When he moved out it was nothing but problem people and the recent one is the worst!! They are loud,disrespectful,have people living there not on lease,loud and unruly guests,etc.
I do love my management team but feel they could do better job with getting out of office and really check out what is going on throughout the day. There are so many lease violations being broken and it is the good tenants that are suffering!!! This place is really starting to fall apart and going down.

Because some of the tenants in here makes this place looks bad by playing loud music,having unruly company,hanging outside and being loud.

Terrible Experience!!!

On April 2, 2014 I inquired about an apartment here. I paid my deposit on the 4th. The following week I was given what was supposed to be our new address on their letterhead and told that it was ok to go ahead and forward our mail. We were having issues with the post office at that time. The letter also stated that we were to move in on the 15th. We were told to get the lights turned on. The 15th arrived and we still had not been "approved." They kept giving us the run around and had us running back and forth to supply them with proof of income. They made us feel as if we didn't make enough money and could not pay rent. Which was untrue. This went on until June!!! Finally in June we were told that we had been denied because we made too much money. We're still trying to figure that one out. Remember our mail had been forwarded there since April. The management there is the worst. I had to call to find the status that we were denied. When I had to call back to ask questions a bout the process I was made to feel like "You were denied so don't bother me again." I went to pick up my mail and was told that someone was already in MY apartment and it was only 2 days since I had been told we were denied!!! I had to ask for my deposit back. Instead of them cutting me a $300 check they gave me back the same money order that I had given them, made out to them back in April!!! When I questioned them, I was told to take it to my bank and tell them that I had paid a deposit on an apartment that I didn't move in to and that my bank would cash it or allow me to deposit it. Well guess what? My bank would not accept it. Western Union would not even take it back in the store. NO other check cashing place would cash it because it was two months old. I had to take it back to the property and give it back to them. wait for them to cash it and then refund me. I was told it would take 30 days. I gave the manager a new forwarding address to have it sent to. She didn't use it. It was sent to my old address that I hadn't lived in since March. When I emailed her after the 30 days which was in June she told me that it had been returned to their corp office. That was a lie. The end of July when I still had not received it. She told me to her knowledge it had been re-mailed. Another lie. Oh yeah I forgot to mention that she told me that if I had my refund sent to her at the office it would probably be quicker. Another lie. After another email to her August to verify the last lie she told me in July, I am still waiting on a reply and it's the end of Oct. In September I searched online until I found the address and number to the corp. office which is in Florida by the way. I called and left a brief message as to my ordeal. I wonderful woman by the name of Josie called me back the same day to get more information. While speaking with her she told me that my refund had in fact gone to my old address, but had not been retuned until August 22nd. Not June as I was told. I have the proof because when I received my refund check 2 days later. Josie had placed the original envelope in a new one and the original was date stamped "Received Aug. 22, 2014" I've worked in corp. America all my life so I know the process for incoming mail.

Anyway I had to solve my own problems. I am so grateful and thank God every day that my new apartment is not Apt 3 Robins Landing Way. I love my new home. I feel extremely safe here. The grounds are well kept and the staff is competent. The amenities are well, Robins Landing didn't really have any. If you want a washer and dryer you have to rent it from them or someplace else. These apartments come with waster and dryer.

Again dealing with the staff there was a terrible experience. I am so glad that I have my money and that they are out of my life. The only reason I'm even writing this review is because I don't like when people try to make a fool of me.

I would say because their peaceful and quite for the most part, their clean except for the trash area and that's no fault of the maintenance crew because they pick up trash that some of the tenants drop in front of the containers instead of putting them in the trash can because their lazy or they just don't care. There's just to many lazy tenants that don't care about their surroundings.
