Too many problems on a monthly basis plus you do not get what you pay for. The rent is way too high for this place to do such a bad job at keeping residents happy.

I would not recommend this community to my family or friends. The apartment was clean, but had splintered places on the cabinets and smelled like cigarette smoke.

The don't have sliding doors or balconies that would be a nice plus to this community.

The grounds were well kept. The area looked spacious. The leasing professional was very pleasant and easy to understand. I enjoyed her presentation and viewed her as a nice person.

The amenities are kept up and appealing. The apartments go up to four bedrooms. The leasing consultant was welcoming and pleasant throughout our interaction.

What little I saw of Woodlake Club was nice, yet left me wanting for more. The agent was friendly and nice, however I was not shown any of the amenities that she spoke of. I felt like that trip could have been better and if I came back on a different day then it would be a different experience.
So sorry that we had no vacant ready unit to view, we should have one ready by this Friday. Can we invite you to come back to view a apartment.

The property was a nice property for the rates. It had a good set of amenities that were geared toward families.

From my experience, I felt my time as well as theirs was wasted. I was told over the telephone that they showed a tour of the apartment from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. However, when I arrived at leasing office/welcome center, the leasing professional flipped open a book.She could not stress enough that the establishment was a low income housing complex, and in order to apply, my yearly income could not exceed $27,000, otherwise my application would indefinitely be denied. Thereafter, she stated that she did not have any apartment models to show me for a tour. She did not even bother getting up to properly show me the business center, the fitness center or anything for that matter.
So sorry that you did not have a good expirience at your visit here at Woodlake Club. If you want to give me a call and schedule a appointment I personallly will show you around the property.

I enjoyed my visit and was well informed. Even though the Leasing Agent was interrupted a number of times, she handled it very well and still made me feel very special and important. She handled stress greatly and it made all the difference to me. I like the community a lot and all it has to offer. This location was great and near to town. If I were in the market this would be on top of my
list.
