It’s not even the lost bit “smoke free” as they claim. Weed is everywhere. It comes through the walls for anyone that smokes inside and notices are the only thing given out to residents to which it doesn’t stop. Beautiful apartments and facility really ruined and value down bc of the weed smoking everywhere. Lots of cigarette smoke as well.

my expectations have not been met, there is a decline in service, comfort, and safety.

The best biluilding I’ve lived in

Attentive, caring, pleasant, efficient staff. In general, the residents I have met are kind, respectful and polite. The complex takes any complaints or feddback seriously. Great communication.

very peaceful and convenient for the most part..

We love everything about our apartment community except the smell of our hallways. That is something that they can’t really help though with all the dogs playing on our floor.

Water pressure

I feel that when I moved in, there was a more positive community. The neighbors were all amazing and nice. Since around the pandemic, we’ve had negative experiences with neighbors being noisy, people smoking weed around the building, people taking stuff from the gym, etc. We’ve even had a situation where a neighbor was verbally aggressive towards my wife to the point where she actually came to the apartment in tears and somewhat angry and scared about the situation. Though the management team tries to be courteous and address what they can, I feel that something about the community has changed. When I evaluate the price point charged for an apartment today vs the experience I’ve been having, I can’t wholeheartedly recommend the building to my friends without bringing up these negative factors.
