Great office staff - very professional and great with customer service. General cleanliness of the property is poor and inconveniencing. Bad dog park too - tracks so much mud and isn’t well maintained

The rules change without input from the community. Nobody can ever find parking when they come to visit. Many of the amenities are often broken. The recycling (which we pay for) is just thrown into the trash compactor, and I find this very disingenuous. I do not like it here.

I don't like the booting company. It makes sense for visitors, but as a resident, I don't expect my car to be booted.
Thank you for your feedback on the booting. We are actually working on a different style of reinforcing policies for residents aside from booting when in violation.
