The area was great and the apartment had a desk with shelves in the living room and shelves in the bedroom.

Great office staff - very professional and great with customer service. General cleanliness of the property is poor and inconveniencing. Bad dog park too - tracks so much mud and isnât well maintained

The rules change without input from the community. Nobody can ever find parking when they come to visit. Many of the amenities are often broken. The recycling (which we pay for) is just thrown into the trash compactor, and I find this very disingenuous. I do not like it here.

Although the price point is not for everyone, the overall living experience is great...I will say, however, this is the only place I've lived since I relocated to Atlanta so I don't have a comparison experience so my response may be biased.

I don't like the booting company. It makes sense for visitors, but as a resident, I don't expect my car to be booted.
Thank you for your feedback on the booting. We are actually working on a different style of reinforcing policies for residents aside from booting when in violation.

The rental rate seemed reasonable for the area. The amenities I viewed seemed ordinary. I had a pleasant experience. The agent seemed genuinely interested in helping and cared about my needs.

People play music loudly at night almost every night. No one picks up their pet waste. People throw trash off balconies and land in my patio.
