My experience has been beyond expectations. I love my apartment although it is showing some signs of age. However, maintenance is always there when needed. The office and maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful. I never hear noise from other apartments and the neighbors I have met are all friendly. There is a nice mix of people and I have always felt safe in these apartments (I am a single female living with young children). I first lived in a one bedroom at one end of the complex and moved to a 2 bedroom at another end the next year. Both have been more than satisfactory at a very reasonable rate for the area. Only negative is that often I come home around 8 or 9 pm and do not have a place to park. I end up parking in one of the spaces outside of the gated area.

I did not see the community amenities, but the apartment home I toured was nice and large.

This community would be a nice place to call home. The layout of the apartment and all of the amenities creates an excellent atmosphere of community. I would recommend this community to my friends and family.

It's in a great location, close to everything, I feel safe around my neighbors and in the area, and the staff is accommodating. It's not the fanciest or flashiest of apartment complexes, but the price is right for the amount of space and layout and for the location. The parking is very tight, but certain units have parking spaces that are easier to pull in and out of.

Briarhill is convenient to the interstate and has plenty of amenities nearby. I really enjoy living here and I would recommend it to someone else.

Yes, even though parking near the 500 building can be a bit difficult. Not any fault of the office management however.

I like that the community is keeping a non-upgraded option for people who cannot afford the higher prices.

The agent did not have an apartment available to show and simply went through the motions of getting me to complete my contact information. The floor plan was not discussed and the amenities were not shown.
