There are residents that do not use a leash to walk their dogs.

The maintenance that has taken place to the property has been a lot. I wish I was told these repairs were planned before I signed the lease.

I was just amazed to find out that this property was over 25 years old. It looked as if it were built just a few years ago. The apartments are in superb shape and just awesome! The property itself was great. The grounds were meticulously done. The pool deck was just a bit small, but yet so very inviting. The business center was a plus and I can see it being used regularly. The fitness center was a great size with just the right amount of equipment. I loved the gated property and the service from the staff was just above reproach.

I like living here, but there are definitely somethings that need changing. I do feel like when I do ask management for help, depending on who it is in the office, I feel like I am being a bother. I'm not one who bothers them or constantly needs things but I don't like calling and asking for help because some of the members of the staff are not on the friendly side. But other than that, I love living here. The apartment is way better than I could imagine. I'm grateful for being here and I won't be leaving anytime soon. -

Construction was terrible. The noise was almost unbearable during the day. Seeing as I work at night, I couldn't sleep very well. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors very well. There is plenty of parking, but you may end up parking further away from your apartment than expected. The apartment overall is a good value, but is very basic in features. It is a pain to get any maintainance done honestly.

There are a lot of pros and a few cons I've experience while living at Briarhill. The main pro is that I'm in love with my actual apartment unit. I actually look forward to coming home and spending time in my place. That's never happened before at any of my previous residences. On the other hand, a few cons have been the parking issues, random construction disturbances, and minor interior repairs needed to be made inside my unit. Other than that, I love the location of the apartments and have already suggested them to a couple of friends looking for new residences in the upcoming months.

We could use more flowers throughout the community.

In general, It's a quiet place when there are not remodeling work in progress. Noise insulation is medium to poor, so you can hear your neighbors footsteps and doors, and there's no clubhouse for birthday celebrations.

On the good side, the staff is made only by wonderful people, and the apartments are cozy and provide enough space for a small family. Location is very good VERY good .

Everything is quiet and clean. However, there could be better quality appliances in the apartments. Many of the appliances seem old or outdated and sometime do not function properly. Frequency of appliance changes and regular checkups of the dryers and washers would be nice.

Parking can be a nightmare if you come home late. So, be careful about that.

It is located in very good place, but I had to wait more than 4 months to fix my toilet.
Not 4 days, not 4 weeks. It was 4 months.

My overall perception of the community was okay. I felt that the renovated apartments should be talked about more to lease them.

The leasing professional was very personable and made my visit memorable because she worked to create a rapport and had a great sense of humor. The community looked quiet and like a nice place to live. I liked the amenities being 24 hours. I would certainly recommend them to family or friends.
