Living at Mosaic Westshore has been an awesome experience. the staff are extremely reliable and courteous. The grounds are neat and clean. The amenities are unbeatable and we looked at a lot of places . The location is perfect Close to the airport, the beaches, and downtown. I can't imagine moving, or living anywhere else. You get the most bang for your buck here at Mosaic Westshore

Location wise its a awesome place to stay- very near to mall Theater Shopping and offices. Its bit noisy with the planes because of the airport being so near. Garage is good. I have some problems with the valet trash - Normally Valet trash is 6-8. So by the time trash person comes and picks - it will be stinky if you pass by in the hallway. That's my point of view. Apart from that - its a nice place to stay.

My husband and I were looking for something in South Tampa that was nice, but still affordable. Mosaic is the perfect fit When we were looking for a new home we were still planning a wedding, so the price of rent was definitely a factor as to where we would lease. Everything here is so nice and updated for a reasonable price, both inside and outside of the apartment. It's a great location for young professionals and the staff here is great

This is a plush living community with luxurious amenities. The pricing is consistent with the amenities. The staff is cordial and friendly. The community is somewhat quiet. This is an ideal place to live for working professionals.

Our disposal isnt working and the fire alarm in the bedroom keeps beeping. Please have it fixed as soon as possible. I am leaving at 1pm ... Thank you!

How does the valet waste fee go up by 25 in 1 yr? I pay $300/yr for this service when I live 20 feet from the trash shute...

This is a really nice community. It is just the right size and the location makes it very desirable. It is very close to everything you could want. It is easy to see that the management company takes great pride in this property.

This place is like living in a kennel.  If you love to be annoyed by barking dogs all day and night, this place is for you.  Also, I have a hippo ballet performing in the apartment above me.  Not sure when they will fall through the floor.  The walls are paper thin, and dog waste in the stairwells.  Worst apartment I have ever rented.  Other than that, it is still rather expensive.  Can not wait to move.

The property was built in 2010 and really offered an upper scale life.
