I like the area and I find the complex to offer great things at an affordable price. The random non emergency alarms at crazy hours are the worst for working people with kids. I really don't understand what that's about.

For this area in Tampa, the price is right. Overall decent experience while living here all these years, could see improvement in areas.

Would for price but not for everything else sometimes it's better to pay a higher price for better service.

My roommate and i were looking for months for an apt that fit the criteria for everything we could afford and THIS was it. i think the most convenient is the fact that it has washer/dryer included, along with water, pest control, trash, and cable. The only thing was that there were a few inconveniences when we moved in. we had lived there for almost 3 weeks with out receiving our washer and dryer and our stove needed to be replaced and it never was. other than that everything is well worth it. spacious rooms and lovely neighbors!!!

It was just an average apartment complex that looks nice on the outside and appealing.

Even though there was not a model available I think it was nice and a good idea that the leasing agent had actual photos of the apartments so a customer could see how it really looked and could compare this to the paper floor plan. I would recommend this community because you get a lot for your money and it is in a convenient location.

The community was very large. It had two nice pools. The leasing professional I worked with was adequate and sincere. The community was located in a nice part of town.

The staff and the community seemed to be a nice home. I would have leased from the consultant, but I would have had to see an apartment first.

The leasing professional should have given a tour of the community and amenities even though nothing was available. They should try to entice potential residents to wait for availability.
