Five West is a beautiful community, like a resort. There are many amenities in the apartment and community. The community is in a great location, near to stores, restaurants, entertainment, and easy access to major highways. The staff is delightful and helpful.

The community is attractive and the newness still shines through. The location is ideal if you need to get on the highway quickly. The floor plan of the apartment I viewed was nice. The washer/dryer are located in a somewhat awkward location, just outside the guest bedroom.

The agent was an outstanding compliment to the property management. She had an impressive capability of communicating.

When you drive up the community it's just so fresh and bright. The color scheme in side and out is bright and cheery. The landscaping is well maintained and attractive. The pool area is one of the most dreamy looking set ups I've seen. It's just beautiful. The grilling area is laid out in a very attractive and useable way. The club house is well decorated and has many functions. You have the fitness center, media room, game table, and the cyber cafe. What more out of a place to live can you ask!

This was a beautiful community with great amenities. The apartment viewed was spacious and had a large kitchen.

I was awe struck upon entering the leasing office. The deep coral color already had me. Then to walk into the beautiful abstract dreams that made up the majority of the leasing building was almost fun. I enjoyed the staff too! I had myself packing my bags to move in before I left the office.

I loved living here an believe this neighborhood could be a great value, were it not for dog poop being EVERYWHERE!

The management places poop bag stations at convenient locations, but they do NOTHING to enforce picking it up. They threaten to fine people $25 who don't follow the rules, but they do nothing to monitor these offenses.

I've personally reported a repeat offender several times who lives, literally next door to the management office/pool, and judging by the fact that their dogs poop still goes unclaimed, they are not being fined or even warned.

You can't imagine how frustrating it is to have to bathe your dog before leaving for work because it just stepped in another dog's pile of poop.

I am a responsible dog owner and will scoop up another dog's waste if I can, but it shouldn't be my responsibility.

I believe if they installed a simple camera to monitor each of the greenspaces (mostly around the lake) and do a quick review at the end of each day, they will be able to identify the culprits and cut down on this disgusting issue.

It truly is a shame because the neighborhood is very nice, but as a responsible dog owner who enjoys taking daily walks with my 4 legged friend, it's terrible to have to watch every step we both make.

If you're a dog owner and considering moving here, do yourself a favor and take a quick walk around the lake with your leasing agent and see for yourself.

Hopefully they will read this and do something / anything about it.

The size of the apartments are great and ALL the staff provides excellent customer service. The maintenance team is always on the ball taking care of your needs. one downside Some (not all) of the residents with dogs don't pick up after their beloved dog even with all the provisions made with the pet stations

As long as the rent stays at its low price for roomate situations, it is a great place to be. It is like living in a small resort

everything here is perfect starting from the management to the maintenance but you can hear your neighbors all the time i reported them to the office but nothing changed

Overall very nice apartments. Great location. No noise from other tennants. Nice pool and decent workout room. Gated access feels secure. Enough parking in general for everyone. My dishwasher broke and was repaired the next day so that's great service.

The bad: The main gate off George road has a very difficult to use badge entry system and should be extended out so it's not so difficult to reach from your car.

The $15 fee to pay rent online is way overpriced. Modern payments systems should not come with a fee attached considering it shoud actually be less work for the staff here. I feel as though this fee really has no justification.
