I like that CV is dog friendly, and how our particular appt is set up with our outside view, however, I feel that our apt is a little overpriced for what we have.

It's a nice, quiet place to live, for the most part. However, the carpet is VERY cheap - it was worn down and flat within a couple of months of moving in and I live by myself in a one bedroom. They used paint to "refresh" the kitchen counter tops before I moved in and it's peeling off now (I've been living there a little over a year). Management is quick to respond to requests for minor maintenance issues. In my opinion, however, my rent was increased too much when I re-signed my lease. I believe a $20 - $25 increase would have been fair for someone who already lives there and has NEVER been late with their rent or caused a problem. Instead, the LEAST increase I had the option of choosing was a 13 month lease that raised my rent $40 per month! That's robbery for a good, stable tenant. If it increases that much, I'll consider moving somewhere else when my lease is up.

I like the property just not all the unecessary extra charges such as the thirty dollars a month for valet trash, which I thiink should be optional. And water should be included in the rent considering the rent is not cheap. The apartments are well maintained, but for the price of rent I would have thought that the appliances and fixtures would be better quality. Overall it's a nice place and the staff is very nice.

The only problem we have is parking....LOve the fact that they have garage's that we have one we use for storage, while some use for parking....

My wife just had a baby and as mentioned above, we are having a tough time with all noise from outside the apartment. Also, the soliciting is something we did not expect, but every week someone knocks on our door. It would not bother us as much, but with a baby it is different since the noise and interruptions do not help us. Other than that, we like our apartment, the layout, the beautiful landscaping, the easy electronic payments and the staff.

Parking here is horrible!!! At night people park along every curb instead of parking their cars in the back parking lot making it like a ping pong parking lot so youdo not hit anyone.

Great staff- when u have a issue or problem they are quick to resolve it

Coral Vista is a nice placetolivebecauseit has a pool, tennis court, asmall playground and a weight room. THey also haveget toethers to meet your neighbors and the staff.

this is a place you would feel like home

The property is well kept. For the most part genrally quiet. Great work out room and racketball court. Staff is very responsive, and friendly. The pool is also very well maintained. Location is good, close to all kinds of shopping, and all kinds of eateries and entertainement. For those with an active outdoor lifestyle there are all kinds of parks nearby for peopel. And for people and their dogs.

I did not connect with the leasing agent. He did not describe or show all the great amenities that were offered.

I feel the community had more to offer then I was shown on my tour.

The property was well cared for and maintained. The amenities I saw were in good condition. The apartment was in great condition. The leasing agent did a good presentation but could be more upbeat. The community was one that I would be happy to live in.
