The staff was pleasant and professional. The upkeep of the property was flawless. The grass looked freshly cut. The building looked like it has just been painted. The leasing professional seemed to genuinely want to help me find an apartment. Our conversation flowed naturally. She focused all her attention on me and what I liked about the apartment and spoke as if the apartment was already mine. I think I would be very happy living at the community. It was very quiet, there was plenty of storage space and vinyl tile throughout. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Coral Vista is a very nice place to live. It's quiet, clean and everyone seems friendly. The staff are wonderful. They are very attentive when there is a maintenance issue. The grounds are kept very nice. I enjoy living here. Parking could be a bit better.

From the moment I drove in I was impressed at the beauty and peacefulness of the community. I was very comfortable and happy with the level and professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The community was very beautiful and I asked a lot of questions which were immediately answered in a very comfortable manner.

Yes I would recommend them my issue is with the resident in my hallway doesn't seem to know when to place their trash. Therefore I found myself apologizing to my guess when they arrive at my place due to trash been by outside at 1 00 pm. or 4 00 pm. Dumpster area a mess from Friday evening until valet pick up on Sunday night.
