The community was very pretty. The upkeep was quite nice. It had mature trees for shade in the community. For a tax credit community this was one of the nicest I have seen and it was located in an excellent area.

I found the community to be peaceful place to be. the staff were very knowledgeable of their leasing process. I think the hardest thing is the waiting list up to 120 days. However, The price for the one bed/one bath is great considering the square footage and could be worth the wait.

My visit to the community was short lived. When I walked in I had to wait a bit to be greeted. Then when the employee came to assist me, she seemed very indifferent and rushed.
I'm sorry that you were not given full attention during your visit to the community. You are welcome to call and they will be happy to schedule an appointment at a time that is less busy so you are not rushed. The property was immaculate and the floor plans inviting. The master bedroom had a giant closet you could walk in. That said and the excellent value and good location make for a good find for an apartment home.

The community appeared above average compared to others I had visited within the past six months. It was very clean and neat, offered many amenities, was freshly painted throughout and pressure washed. The pool was average size and very clean and well appointed with nice chairs. The fitness center, computer room, car wash, and ability to rent a washer/dryer were all pluses in my opinion. Overall, this community was above average and would be a nice place to live based on my visit.

This was an attractive and well-maintained community which was obviously popular as there were no apartments available. The Team Member was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the community.
