Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

I truly felt that my experience as a customer during my visit to Sunrise Point was almost completely negative. The staff made me feel beyond ignored. They made me feel like I was not wanted. This included not only the leasing professional, but also the manager. There was no attempt at a personal connection by the leasing professional. There was zero excitement about anything. The manager was in the same room with us and passed me at least three times without acknowledging that I even existed.
