This is a very nice community. The grounds and all outdoor areas were well maintained. The two bedroom I looked at was great and having the den added to my interest.

My perception was that for the area and all the things that came with living there, I would suggest the community to someone to rent. I found the apartment was full of space. The community was well kept and so close to everything. I liked how the residents and the leasing office staff knew each other very well.

The community has a mall, water park and shopping plaza right next to it. The community was around a decent area, but was too pricey. Overall, I would not consider leasing an apartment there.

The community provided it's residents the opportunity to be close to supermarkets, shopping centers and schools. The had many amenities such as a pool, tennis court, gym and personal storage unit for an additional fee.

I was not impressed with the leasing agent. The pool was pointed out, but no other amenities were shown to me. As for the apartment, I was left alone to walk around. If my decision to rent was based solely on the level of attention shown me, I would look elsewhere.
