I was told of some amenities but was not shown a single one so I do not know if they would meet my wants or not. The staff was pleasant in the interaction but did not actually sell me on the community. It seemed the tax credit status pretty much kept them filled so there was no need for them to sell me.

The area was clean and well presented. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The services offered were nice. It would be nice to have utility packages offered and options for gas or electric.

Please take into consideration our low, low rental rates that we offer could out weigh the differnece in the utilities that we have to pay. The leasing professional related to me about my daughter attending college. She said her 20 year old daughter was attending Gulf Coast. I was impressed with the business center. Three computer, printer and internet service for the residents is an exceptional amenity. The Monster center is a valuable asset for the residents also.

Difficult to rate most things as no apartment was available to tour nor would one be available for at least six weeks. Driving tour was very quick and she pointed out things as we drove past. Facilities are typical of that available in other communities.
