The community was very quiet. Even with the main road so close it still felt peaceful. The apartments are decently spacious for the price.

This was a well maintained community close to the interstate and mall. It was clean and neatly landscaped.

I did not feel that the leasing professional was very proactive. I would be unlikely to recommend this community to others.

Palma Sola Trace is a very well maintained property. The amenities and exterior are in impeccable condition. The buildings themselves seem much newer than their actual age of 1989. The maintenance staff apparently live in the complex and it shows. The value for the square footage is extraordinary. The washer/dryer hook-ups, indeed the apartments themselves, seem more upper end condo than income qualified make-do. Great value. I would rent there without hesitation.

I think the rates were a bit high, but the upkeep was very good, clean and taken care of.

The community was definitely a cut-above the rest. The apartments were well-kept and the grounds looked great. Anyone could live there with pride and be comfortable.
