This is an income restricted community and everything I saw was neat and clean. The rent rates are quite reasonable compared to other properties.

The agent was friendly and knowledgeable, she seemed knowledgeable of the community. The lawns of the community had trash throughout.

Honestly, the staff here was not very engaging at all. The presentation felt very rushed and the leasing agent did not speak to me very much. Unfortunately, I was not shown any amenities either, so I cannot comment on them. The grounds seemed to be well kept and the apartments were quite nice. The best part about Palmetto Trace is the value - the prices are just phenomenal and include water, sewer, and trash. I was actually surprised that they were able to show me anything because when I called, the staff member I spoke with said they had nothing to show. For some reason, that changed when I arrived an hour later. Palmetto Trace looked like a nice place to live but unfortunately, I did not feel that the tour I received reflected that.

This was a very nice community. I thought the property was very well kept. This was one of the nicest properties that I have toured. The agent made me feel welcome in this community.

The community is attractive and clean. The club house shows well. The pool needs some paint or something to make it a seducing point. As it looks now it is just there not pretty and not noticeable. The apartment shows well except for loud bathroom fans. The staff i met was very nice and I'm sure would take care of your needs.
