I would recommend this community because all my problems have been handled fast and with no problems. Ive always owned my own home, but after my wife passed away it is a great place for me covenient to store, nice gym, pool, etc. for the cost of rent I believe its fair but have seen other places with a liitle more updated kitchens and appliances and tile & granite. Overall I due enjoy my apt which I made a Home.

If this is the type of management I can expect from Greystar, you can be assured I'll never again lease at another Greystar property. I will happily visit every apartment-finder website and rating blog and give Greystar zeros across the board, which will be what I do for the next few months while our lease expires.
