The main reason is safety and rental rate with what's included in the rent. Also you can rent a washer and dryer.

The community was centrally located in the heart of the city right behind three shopping centers and two minutes from the interstate for those who commuted to work. The property was well kept and had nice curb appeal.

Over all it's nice area the girls at the office have a great customer service and they care about our needs they do a lot a great stuff for the kids just we need to have a better security system for our kids and us.
Great place to live, but needs better staff..
We recently put in our application and the apartment we got to look at was being leased that week so she said we would be put on a holding list for 60-90 days, i called her the day after we viewed the apartment and she said the women was denied and if we come in today to do our app then we could move in asap. today we got an email saying our move in date was a month away from today, we went in to do the second part of our application and she said that she does not know why we got that because someone WAS moving in.... I think she was getting us confused with someone else.. also, THEY NEED TO LEARN ENGLISH!!!!! I could hardly understand anything anyone was saying in the leasing office..

The community was convenient to the highway and many different stores. You could walk to numerous stores if you had to. The staff was very helpful and engaging. The community was very neat and clean and had great curb appeal. I really liked the community.

My experience started off rocky initially over the phone, but did a 180 with the pleasant staff at the leasing office. The staff was eager to please and they treated me as though I was very welcomed there.
