The leasing professional was exceptional in his presentation, the only thing I was not really happy about was I did request to deal with the manager. I was introduced to the manager and I did tell the leasing professional I prefered to deal with the manager, but my wishes were over looked. Knowing that I prefered dealing with the manager, because I stressed that during our telephone conversation, she should have taken more control of the situation. It appeared to me that the manager was not busy, she was not on the phone or with a customer, and I felt like I was brushed off and my feeling were not taken into consideration. Alex was an exceptional leasing professional,he had a great personality, positive attitude and very friendly and knowledgeable about the apartments and community.
