If I was leasing I would definitely consider living at Spring Harbor. The grounds were lovely. The buildings were freshly painted. Many of the apartments had nice gardens the residents put in. The apartment pictures showed nice size clean apartments with nice appliances and a good amount of storage room. The employees I met were friendly and seemed to really like Spring Harbor.

This was a low income property. The grounds were maintained and looked good. The amenities for the price of rent was great. The clubhouse was clean and not rundown. The pool was inviting and welcoming.

This is an income restricted community that has been very nicely maintained. It has nice amenities. I did not get to view an apartment, but the floor plan looked to be spacious.
