I felt at ease throughout my entire visit. The atmosphere was very appealing, and I would feel right at home living here.

I'd tell them to seek an apartment home somewhere else. Although the location is fantastic, it does not out-weigh the fact that the office staff is crass, sarcastic, incompetent, unorganized and very rude. Not to mention the building are always dirty.

I was pleased with the overall condition of the community and the level of engagement and knowledge exhibited by the agent.

For as much as this place cost... There should be better security et al.. GATED-community... but if this done the price of rent will go up unjustifiably. Water and trash should be included in rent price and not as an add on gimmick. More options for cable and internet. Bring in Comcast.
Delay in repairs , request have to be made several times .
Water and Dryer may not work properly still waiting for my dryer that does not work properly to be replaced after multiple request to get it fixed.
I don't like the trees directly above my parking spot

I think it is overpriced for what is offered. The agent was professional and informational.

The community seemed like a great place to live, as it was well kept.
